Job Description
Our Client is looking to bring on a Technical Project Manager to lead data warehousing and cloud initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with Informatica, Oracle, Linux, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This person will be involved with cross-functional teams, oversee ETL and data integration initiatives (as a PM), ensure compliance with architecture and security standards, to deliver projects on time. Responsibilities include risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and continuous improvement planning. The ideal candidate will come from the travel industry and have a high-level technological and enterprise level background with experience involving multiple large complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets. This person will be an extremely strong communicator as they will be involved in day-to-day discussions with high level executives in board rooms on project/program status and will give executive presentations. This person will be involved in the day to day project management life cycle. This candidate will need to be able to collaborate and work across different types of teams, businesses, IT groups, and programs with a sense of navigating politics in their environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Over 9 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a high-level enterprise background leading data warehousing and cloud initiative based projects
• Must have strong hands on experience with cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle 12c/11g, and Linux/UNIX systems
• Full lifecycle experience of projects including planning, scope, schedule, budget – will manage and forecast budgets within enterprise level companies (GAAP/CapEx/OpEx)
• Must come from an enterprise background leading multiple agendas and managing multi-million dollar budgets – understand concepts of managing and owning projects and working with project development teams to deliver their pieces of capabilities
• Experience with Waterfall and primarily with Agile projects/programs
• Strong communicator, able to hold people accountable – will be giving executive presentations
o Stressing the importance of soft people skills and communication for maximum program efficiency
• MUST HAVE great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives – hold people accountable to drive projects forward
• Must have PMP Certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certifications in Agile, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus
