Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our growing team and support the increasing demand for reporting and dashboard solutions. This role will focus on building and maintaining embedded dashboards, creating data sources, and connecting to Snowflake to pull data into Power BI. The developer will play a key role in rolling out a new insurance FSP and ensuring that customer reporting requests are met promptly. The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI proficiency, an eye for creating visually appealing dashboards, and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable insights. While knowledge of SQL and DBT is a plus, it is not mandatory. This position requires collaboration with business users to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions. Compensation ranges from $35-40 an hour based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting
Ability to create data sources and connect to Snowflake
Experience in building and editing datasets within Power BI
Familiarity with data mart layer concepts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Understanding of SQL and DBT
