Job Description
A large international client is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with industrial knowledge to oversee complex infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and water/wastewater treatment plants. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Candidates should have 8+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years in management, a Journeyman Electrician certification, and the ability to travel extensively. The superintendent will need to relocate to Florida for several ongoing and upcoming projects. Salary expectation for the role can range from $100k-130k depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent plus 8+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in construction management/supervision.
· Journeyman Electrician certification - preferably in FL
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience managing infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, dams, water/wastewater treatment plants).
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with construction-specific project management software.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor junior staff and troubleshoot issues quickly in a construction environment.
