Job Description

A leading healthcare system in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an AI Data Engineer to join their growing AI initiatives. Their day to day will include the design and build of AI for the healthcare system. This includes the design, build, and maintain of complex datasets used for the AI predictive modeling. They will also be part of the AI Agent Development which includes the solving of the healthcare's care gaps for patient scheduling for routine and preventative care. Additionally they will be responsible for the model integrations, model context protocols (MCP), and prompt engineering to interact with the different AI models.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors' Degree
Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++ 
Experience with AI/ML frameworks including (TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn)
Experience with cloud from AWS, Azure or GCP
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
Epic exposure, or EMR healthcare systems, candidate needs healthcare data experience 
Understanding of clinical and administrative workflows within a hospital or healthcare setting
