Job Description
The Director of Project Management serves as a key senior leader within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), overseeing a team dedicated to executing strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives and high-impact projects. This role demands a high level of autonomy, strategic problem-solving, and a commitment to continuously enhancing project and portfolio management practices. This position will pay $70-$73.97hr depending on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
· Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a master’s degree, a minimum of 15+ years of progressive project management experience, including 8+ years in a senior project leadership role
· 10+ years of progressive PMO experience
· 5+ years in a project leadership role
· Deep banking and financial background (Remediations and Transactions)
· Experience with Transformational Projects
EPMO Experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Microsoft Clarity experience
· PMP Certification
· Data and App Development
Experience with integrations
