○ Need to think outside the box and bring workflows together
- Quality Side
○ Going to bring on 2 new ACO in 2026, setting up ACO metric measures and dashboard
○ Roster claims adjustment to prep this before January to make sure claims are called out effectively
Projects dipping into compass rose clinical build
- How to build- traditional, CCM, Chronic Care Management, or specialty program
- Compass Rose Build- have the body of knowledge to build clinical programs, flow sheets, ports, set up tasks, checklist, anything related to compass rose. Setting up appropriate rules so it triggers the proper workflow

3 + years of compass rose build experience-specialty care management , Chronic Care Management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
HEIDS experience
Spreadsheets- pivots, analyzing the data, reconciling
HIE Connectivity -experience connecting to state vaccination or health information exchange- having to set up those type of connections
