Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking a Power Platform engineer to join their team. This role is highly focused on hands-on development, with over 50% of the time dedicated to coding and enhancing solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem. The remaining 40% will involve direct interaction with external customers to gather requirements, assess requested changes, and determine the appropriate team—onshore or offshore—for implementation. This person does not need to have leadership experience but, need to be comfortable with leading conversation in a matrixed environment and prescribing delegation of work. This position is 2 days a week on-site and 3 days remote.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience with Power Automate
o Experience with workloads, existing workloads
• Experience generating reports with PowerBi
• Experience using DevOps for scheduling and moving code, propagation of code through Dev & QA teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Sharepoint & Data Verse)
• Ability to articulate & present in front of stakeholders & team members

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• SQL Server
• Microsoft Development
