Our client is looking to bring on a remote NEARSHORE Technical Scrum Master to lead and coach delivery across high-impact projects in the App Dev, Loyalty, Product, and Software space. This integration team is currently leading the Loyalty program (revolved around points and rewards) to interface with multiple platforms (including web and mobile). Each function is at a different stage, making the environment fast-paced and highly dynamic. The ideal candidate will come from an enterprise background, be comfortable getting into the weeds, and have a proven track record of full-cycle delivery. This role demands a master collaborator who can stay in sync with program priorities, keep the backlog aligned, and protect the team from distractions—not only just hosting ceremonies, but actively driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across business, IT, and development teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• Over 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading successful full cycle delivery and integrations from scratch
o Within Product, Loyalty, App Dev, Software, Systems
• Must come from an Enterprise level background – high level and fast paced
• Must have experience coaching and delivering Agile methodology – dynamic in delivery and able to keep priorities on track
• MUST HAVE strong ability to manage the work and hold people accountable across multiple teams to best deliver project efficiency
o Drive project clarity, accountability, program priorities and be a master collaborator
• MUST HAVE BE STRONG COMMUNICATOR with great personality (exciting, engaging, not shy) able to communicate clearly across leaders and executives – hold people accountable to drive projects forward – keep the team from distractions!
