Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 3+ years of proven delivery experience in managing technology initiatives, particularly in chatbot implementation across multiple guest touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in waterfall methodology, vendor and risk management, and budget tracking, with bonus points for experience in hospitality platforms and AI chatbot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of chatbot solutions across:
○ Website
○ SMS/Text
○ Phone-based interactions
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Apply waterfall methodology to manage project phases and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and hospitality operations teams to align chatbot capabilities with guest experience goals.
Hourly Pay Rate: $50-60

○ Budget tracking and reporting
• Experience managing technology implementations
