Lead architecture and development of cloud-native applications supporting energy transmission operations.
Design infrastructure using AWS CDK and manage automated deployments across environments.
Develop and secure APIs, optimize performance, and ensure compliance.
Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and align solutions with business goals.
pay rate starting at $55/hr

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in software development, with 5+ years in cloud architecture.
Expert-level proficiency in AWS CDK using TypeScript.
Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS).
Proven experience designing secure, scalable APIs (REST & GraphQL) with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access.
Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS).
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture (SQS, SNS, EventBridge).
Exposure to LLMs via services like Amazon Bedrock.
Strong communication skills and a history of leading technical teams.
