Job Description
A client in the Clearwater, FL area is seeking a Pharmaceutical Charge Master Analyst with deep expertise in pharmacy and lab charge master auditing. This role will support ongoing expansion initiatives, including the launch of new facilities, and will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining and auditing procedure codes and status indicators within the pharmacy and lab. They’ll be expected to stay current with CMS updates and ensure accurate data translation into Soarian, the financial system.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in pharmacy and lab charge master auditing. (Charge Description Master, CDM)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau , SQL, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Strong working knowledge of Soarian financial systems.
• Experience supporting healthcare facility expansion or similar large-scale projects
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
