We are seeking a versatile and hands-on marketing professional to join a small but dynamic team within a long-established organization serving the legal community in Florida. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-functioning marketing program and help drive it forward—not reinvent it.
🔹 About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with manager-level experience who thrives in a multi-hat environment—someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and owning projects from start to finish. You’ll be joining a three-person in-house marketing team, working closely with a seasoned marketing leader who provides strategic direction. You’ll be expected to contribute meaningfully across all areas of marketing, including:
Traditional and digital campaigns
SEO and digital advertising
Print and sponsorships
HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborating with vendors for graphic design
Supporting internal tools and systems (training provided)
🔹 What We’re Looking For
A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a small, collaborative team
Someone who can quickly learn the nuances of a complex and niche business
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to transition smoothly into an existing program and contribute immediately
Comfortable with Mac systems and flexible hybrid work (typically 1 day/week in office)
Willingness to travel locally within Florida as needed
🔹 Bonus Qualifications
Experience in legal services or insurance
JD or legal background
Familiarity with enterprise systems and organizational transitions
🔹 Work Environment
Hybrid setup: most employees work remotely 4 days/week
Flexibility around in-office days (typically Tuesdays)
Small organization (~16–17 FTEs) with a collegial, mission-driven culture
Located just outside Orlando
