Job Description
A customer is looking for a helpdesk technician to provide over the phone and in person support for internal employees (around 500.) The team of 2 received anywhere from 20-30 tickets daily. They will be responsible for inventory management, new user support, computer replacements, mobile devices including iphones and androids, managing returned hardmware and triaging.
