The Power Platform Maker is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role focuses on solving business problems by creating scalable and secure applications, workflows, and dashboard
Pay varies depending on experience: 55-60/hour

Required Skills & Experience
• Years of Experience: Sr level, a lot of experience - working autonomously
• Must have technologies:
• Power Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows), Power BI dashboards, and Copilot Studio (experience with copilot agents!).
• Dataverse Knowledge: Understanding of Dataverse schema, security roles, and data modeling best practices.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), or PL-400 (Developer).
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Understanding of solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and environment strategies for dev/test/prod workflows.
• DevOps & Fusion Teams: Experience working in fusion teams with IT and business users, and familiarity with DevOps practices in low-code environments. Migrate solution
• Security Development Lifecycle (SDL): Awareness of SDL phases—requirements, design, implementation, verification, and release—and how they apply to low-code development.
• Advanced Security Practices: Knowledge of conditional access, continuous access evaluation, IP firewall, and data masking techniques.
Data Compliance: Understanding of data classification, sensitivity labeling, and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or FedRAM
