Job Description

• Provide focus and engagement from business problem to making a good technology choice.
• Gathering clear requirements from our customers for projects that they have initiated with ITS .
• Assist departments to find a solution to address their business problem and defined requirements.
• Assist in capturing ‘as-is’ and ‘to be’ workflows and processes.
• Assisting department in understanding and capturing ROI, total cost of ownership and the impact to their resources to implement chosen solutions.
• Assist the departments to understand processes, standards, and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in infrastructure, software, or construction projects.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting functional, technical, and business requirements.
• Tools: Office 365, SharePoint, Cherwell, Visio, PowerBI, MS Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, project managers, and external vendors.
• Experience reviewing and updating process documentation or playbooks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
