Job Description
The DSE/DCL Product Manager manages to the product strategy and roadmaps for products, horizontal and vertical, that provide services and capabilities for multiple channels, and users/clients that provide value through operational efficiency, increasing revenue, and cost reduction. In this position, you will provide support for multiple applications, including those used at international sites. This role will serve as liaison with operations partners and end-user teams to ensure successful use of the applications. The ideal candidate will have both a deep understanding of product management with respect to mobile & web technology, native application development, backend services, development as well as the ability to manage the development pipeline and team priorities across multiple teams/disciplines against a prioritized roadmap. Product Manager will write requirements for sustainment feature enhancements and actively engage with partners from various teams including design, engineering, and operational end-users to ensure accurate implementation and successful launch of those enhancements. Additionally, this position will include administering configurations (e.g., Cast Member access), reviewing user-reported issues, developing documentation and processes to ensure security compliance, reporting, and working with multi-functional teams on a variety of initiatives that leverage the applications.
Key Deliverables & Success Metrics
Product Roadmap Vision & Execution: Deliver and continuously iterate on a prioritized, timebound product roadmap for the system, blending the business capability requirements with technical currency and advancement.
Advance the API Economy: Reduce duplication of redundant services by negotiating API specs across multiple channels and stakeholders. Near term, drive adoption and migration from legacy APIs and data feed jobs to modernized APIs.
Product Documentation: Leveraging architecture and documentation tools like BlueDolphin, Swagger, Apigee, fully document the supported and available functionalities of the system.
Technical Requirements & Backlog: Well-defined and groomed backlog that aligns with business and engineering goals.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: High alignment between business, experience product, and technical teams, with strong feedback loops.
Adoption & Performance Metrics: Measures KPIs of the system to include performance, resiliency, reliability, MTTR, speed to market. Leverages data to set targets and improve KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of product management experience driving product strategy and execution Web Integration Projects
Ability to create product road map, strong user stories and cases
Highly communicative working amongst business units
Jira or similar documentation software
Scaled Agile environment- sustainment, enhancement and projecct work - (Agile operaating model)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Strong technical product knowledge in Familiarity with Theme Park, Resort and/or Call Center Operations
