Job Description
This position involves a blend of purchasing, facilities coordination, and office setup responsibilities:
1 healthcare experience in purchasing or supply chain
• Purchasing & Ordering: Handle vendor quotes, capital purchases, service contracts, and order placement.
• Facilities Support: Coordinate maintenance dispatch (e.g., plumber, electrician, handyman), manage workflows, and follow up on tasks.
• Office Onboarding/Offboarding:
• Conduct compliance walkthroughs.
• Identify and source equipment and furniture based on specialty.
• Oversee physical setup (signage, dispensers, artwork, posters).
• Arrange janitorial, landscaping, and utilities.
• Lease Understanding: Interpret lease types (e.g., full service vs. triple net) to determine responsibilities.
• Prioritization: Make judgment calls on urgent needs (e.g., medication vs. supplies).
