Job Description
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an AWS Cloud Automation Engineer to provide infrastructure orchestration and automation support across cloud-based clinical and operational systems. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, including provisioning infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation, building event-driven workflows using AWS Lambda and Step Functions, and integrating services through API Gateway and EventBridge. A deep understanding of AWS architecture, automation through coding, and orchestration of cloud services is essential for success in this role. The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting cloud workflows.

6+ years of experience in AWS-based application development.
Strong expertise in:
AWS CloudFormation
Terraform
AWS Lambda
AWS API Gateway
AWS Step Functions
AWS EventBridge
DynamoDB
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, as long as they are flexible and have deep enough experience
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Good understanding of IAM roles, policies, security groups, and VPC configurations.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
