Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer to join our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, second-nature command of T-SQL, hands-on experience with SSIS, SSDT, SSRS and database performance tuning and strong knowledge of DevOps practices for database development and deployment. This role is critical to the development and optimization of our data infrastructure, supporting both operational and analytical workloads.
Pay varies depending on experience $25-30/hour

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in SQL development with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL and query optimization techniques.
• Strong experience with SSIS and SSDT for ETL and deployment automation.
• Solid understanding of relational database design and normalization.
• Experience with SSRS, design and troubleshooting reports.
• Familiarity with SQL Server features: Service Broker, Linked Servers, and Database Mail.
• Familiarity with database administration fundamentals (e.g., indexing, partitioning, backup strategies)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
