Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Scheduler to join the Program Controls team of their GC client. Day to day they will be working at the site reading drawings and coordinating with the Superintendents, Project Managers, and sub-contractors to create and adjust the schedule. They will develop critical path logic networks, prepare, maintain, and continuously update P6 schedules of both above and below ground construction efforts. The Sr. Scheduler will conduct earned value analyses, document control, change order analyses, and analyze the impact of construction changes, arbitration, and disruption techniques. They will compare forecasts to current schedule status, relay that over to the team, and provide guidance to resolve any project control issues. The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, and a proactive communicator. The salary is $120-180k.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a project scheduler in the construction industry
- Experienced in advising on the scheduling of large-scale projects from development to active construction by reading drawings and work with the project management team
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project control technology, such as Sage 300/Timberline
- Well-versed in building schedules, conducting time impact and critical path analyses, as well as reviewing resource loading
- Background in creating reports and mitigation/impact planning for delays or disruptions
- Self-motivated and great communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Certifications such as PMP
