Job Description
Our client is actively seeking talented civil engineering or construction management professionals, to join their team as a Senior Construction Manager. This person will play a key role in supporting a wide range of civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and water resources related projects. The work they do will impact ecosystems, watersheds, and communities for clients of our client. This person would act as the liaison between the contractor, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), and the engineer of record.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree required (Master of Science Preferred)
• 15 years of relevant heavy civil construction management experience
• State of Florida Certified PE, PG, or GC Professional
• Proficiency with e-Builder
• Prior experience managing large multi-task construction projects and leading teams including junior engineers, technicians, inspectors, project administrators, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based software applications
• Technical proficiency in site civil engineering (grading, road and bridge construction, utility installation, surveying, permitting, construction quality control/assurance, and/or construction management procedures for heavy civil engineering, and earthworks projects)
•Valid State of Florida Class-E Driver's License, and satisfactory driving record.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) is preferred
• Previous experience within Army Corps
• Experience managing projects/contracts of 50 million+
