Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a staff augmentation role to lead agile development teams and drive delivery of large-scale enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams through agile methodologies
• Manage complex project workflows and sprint planning using Jira
• Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale enterprise implementations
• Remove impediments and ensure team productivity across multiple workstreams
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Track metrics and reporting through Jira dashboards and project management tools
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on delivery timelines

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master with demonstrated large-scale project experience
• Expert proficiency in Jira administration, customization, and project management
• Technical background with database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Programming skills and experience (Java, Python, C#, or similar)
• Strong understanding of commercial software platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• CSM or equivalent agile certification required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Advanced Jira and project management certifications
• Experience with ERP implementations and/or CRM platforms
• Background in enterprise architecture and system integrations
• Energy/utilities industry experience
