Insight Global is seeking a Media Manager to help build and scale a founder-led personal brand across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcast platforms. Youll work directly with a fast-scaling entrepreneur to create compelling, authentic content that documents the journey of building multiple businesses. This individual will be building a personal brand from scratch, with a YouTube-first strategy and a focus on storytelling, education, and audience engagement. This would be a full-time position with the flexibility to work two days in person and three days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the founder to develop a personal brand content strategy
Research trends, competitor content, and platform-specific formats
Plan and script content including:
Vlogs (23 per month)
Day in the life episodes
Docuseries-style content
- Production & Execution
Direct shoots with a part-time videographer
Oversee scripting, filming, and editing for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
Manage pacing, structure, and thumbnail strategy
Support podcast production
- Optimization & Growth
Lead post-production: editing, titling, captions, thumbnails, uploads
Use analytics to evaluate performance and iterate on content
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams

- 3+ years of experience managing and editing content for personal brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing video content and short-form edits
- Experience managing media across YouTube (primary), TikTok, Instagram
- Proficiency in content performance analytics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working directly with a founder or influencer
