Salary: 150k + bonus
My client is looking for a seasoned and strategic Marketing VP to lead our Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and oversee our Life & Health verticals. This executive will report directly to the CFO/COO and will play a key role in shaping and executing our long-term growth strategy, building scalable field operations, and managing high-level relationships with national insurance carriers.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the clients Life & Health segment - responsibilities include full P&L accountability and leading all strategic growth initiatives across Florida, Texas, and other key markets.
This is a senior leadership position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution across carrier partnerships, agent channel development, sales performance, and marketing alignment. The role won't initially oversee a team, but the goal is to grow and structure the organization as business needs evolve.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within an FMO, IMO or national insurance carrier space
• Proven success of multi-state field sales teams, agents and channel performance
• Deep understanding of ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Life insurance distribution
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership

Any relevant License
