Insight Global is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their customers growing Talent Acquisition team. The right individual will possess a minimum of three years of corporate recruiting experience and have similar industry experience. Ideally this person has a background recruiting roles for construction, telecom construction, or other labor intensive companies. They will manage anywhere between 30-50 reqs at a given time and should possess the ability to prioritize accordingly. The right candidate will come with experience utilizing LinkedIn recruiter and Indeed to source talent and should have proven experience building relationships with hiring managers.

- 3 years minimum of Corporate Recruiting Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Relevant industry experience - construction, telecom, utility, engineering, etc.
- Proven experience managing high volume req load
- Desire to interface and build relationships with hiring managers
- High level soft skills, written and verbal communication skills, and customer facing personality
- Experience building talent pipelines
