The Research Clerk is a part of the Customer Request Team who handle release requests, copies, imaging, and organization of collateral files and documents with other assorted tasks. This includes handling litigations that come through from clients and maintaining good customer service. The team at large is responsible for four main functional tasks that they delegate to different units. This person will be specifically supporting the Pending unit which is the beginning of the release process. This involves intaking requests and filtering them to the correct area for processing. This role is $17/hr.
