We are seeking a strategic and experienced Delivery Manager to support the successful implementation of Blue Yonder within the Disney Experiences division. This role will serve as a peer to the Project Manager, focusing on deployment execution, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Blue Yonder deployments across multiple business units.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
Partner with the PM to manage timelines, risks, and resource planning.
Ensure deployment readiness by coordinating testing, training, and change management activities.
Provide executive-level visibility into deployment progress, blockers, and outcomes.
Leverage prior Blue Yonder implementation experience to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.

5-7 years experience implementing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) WMS solutions, preferably Blue Yonder
- Experience with Manhattan or Oracle Retail WMS is also acceptable, especially with a strong implementation background.
Ability to think technically and quickly learn system configurations, including:
- Grouping locations and equipment
- Navigating and interpreting system architecture and logic
Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and translating technical progress into business impact.
Experienced in Agile project management, including tools like Jira and Confluence.
Skilled in facilitating large meetings, driving alignment, and navigating conflict constructively.
Able to identify strategic opportunities from tactical discussions and guide teams toward long-term value.
Supports the Project Manager by qualifying and communicating key items such as: Risks, Actions, and Decisions (RAD)
Program or Project Management experience is a plus, as the role interacts closely with PM leadership.
