The Customer Insights and Data Analyst is a key resource in the collection and analysis of marketing audiences for the Market Audience Team. The Data Analyst will typically work on gathering data from multiple systems, internal and external sources and key stakeholders to analyze and create deliverables. This candidate must be comfortable with the challenges of managing and maintaining large data sets, as well as creating business processes to scale Marketing efforts. This person is expected to proactively communicate on projects and tasks assigned, ask probing questions, and refine current processes and solutions. Having a continuous improvement mindset is of critical importance as they will be tasked with identifying opportunities to enhance processes.

3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst supporting a marketing team
Strong understanding of relational databases
Tools/Technologies: SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, Excel
Great communication skills - solution oriented mindset and someone who is eager to learn!
