Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our healthcare IT team in South Florida. This is an onsite position requiring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Epic Ambulatory build and configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of the Epic Ambulatory module to enhance emergency department workflows and improve patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Ambulatory workflows and configurations. Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Maintain and optimize existing Epic ASAP configurations to ensure system efficiency and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic Ambulatory functionality. Participate in upgrade and enhancement projects, including testing and validation. Provide end-user training and support as needed. Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
