User Support and Training:

Providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns, and training them on new features and functionalities.
Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with radiology staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system meets operational needs.
System Testing and Implementation:

Participating in the testing and implementation of new system upgrades, enhancements, and configurations.
Documentation:

Maintaining documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications:
Epic Radiant Certification:
.
Certification in the Epic Radiant module is often a requirement or highly desired.
Healthcare IT Experience:

Prior experience in healthcare IT, particularly with electronic health records, is essential.
Radiology Knowledge:

Understanding of radiology workflows, imaging technologies, and relevant regulations.
