Job Description

Were seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support business change initiatives by capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements, and delivering effective solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a professional and approachable demeanor, as the role involves interfacing with employees across departmentsoften requiring access to their systemswhile maintaining a courteous yet firm approach to ensure security and compliance. This role can pay between 50-60 depending on experience level.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of business analysis experience
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)
Strong understanding of data quality, integration, and performance requirements
Skilled in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
Proficient in creating process diagrams and workflows
Familiarity with SSO integrations and SAML authentication
Confident in leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions and working within a cross-functional team setting
Experience utilizing:
Service Now - for tracking support tickets, documenting requirements, managing change requests, and integrating with development tools
Jira - for creating and managing work items, sprint planning, and visualizing workflow
Azure DevOps (ADO) - for writing user stories, managing backlogs, linking requirements to test cases, and tracking bugs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with SharePoint content management
