Job Description

Our client is looking to onboard a new support agent for their Boca location. The team has multiple products they sell to high revenue clients, and the main responsibilities for this role will include triaging tickets for B2B customers. The tickets are pretty low volume having about 25 phone calls a day. This job requires a high level of professionalism when communicating with the end users and following a meticulous documentation protocol. The goal is for these positions is to convert permanent after the 6-month mark, so living near the desired locations is a must, and the ideal candidate must commit to coming onsite at least two times a week.

pay rate: $17-20/hr based on experience

Required Skills & Experience

Support center experience
o (Helpdesk, call center, customer service, etc.) call center would be preferred!
CRM system support experience
Strong verbal and written communication
