Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Data Engineer with strong foundations in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Analytics Engineering. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in building and scaling data platforms with a focus on modeling, transformation, and data quality, rather than general-purpose application development. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on ownership, is detail-oriented, and approaches data systems with both discipline and curiosity.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI/data warehousing roles.
· Proven track record of owning and operating scalable data pipelines and delivering high-quality, production-grade data solutions.
· Experience must include hands-on work with SQL, Python, and modern cloud-based data stacks (preferably AWS and Snowflake).
· Expert-level skills in both SQL and Python for data transformation, orchestration, and analysis.
· Strong foundation in data warehousing principles.
· AWS Glue (ETL job development, orchestration, cataloging)
· Amazon SageMaker (model deployment, feature engineering pipelines)
· Comfortable working with key AWS services, including:
o AWS Athena
o Amazon S3
AWS Lambda

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Kimball-style dimensional modeling
· Snowflake
Google Cloud
