Job Description

The Help Desk Technician plays a key role in initiating support responses and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. This position requires strong skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and situational awareness. Most support tasks are performed remotely using specialized software tools, though occasional travel to client sites may be necessary to deliver on-site services.

Under the guidance of the Administration team and through regular communication, the Support Technician is responsible for delivering core services and monitoring for managed service clients.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems in domain environments required
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with Office 2013 or later required
Proficient PC and Network related troubleshooting skills
Ability to research solutions to various issues on web sites or using other technical sources
Microsoft, A+, Network+ certifications PREFERRED
Basic understanding of IP networks
