A client in the Keystone Heights FL area is seeking a Administrative Support Specialist for a full-time opportunity. This role will primarily focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, while also providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in balancing accounts and reconciling financial records.
Generate and maintain financial and administrative reports as required.
Provide general office support, including document management, data entry, and communication with vendors and clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide support to the CPA during audits or financial reviews.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
