Job Description

A client of Insight Globals is looking to hire a ServiceNow Administrator II to join the ServiceNow Developer team. This role will serve as a contractor for 3-6 months with the intention of being converted to a permanent employee after contract duration. This role is fully remote working EST hours but most sit out of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. This person will serve as the second touch point of escalation from the ServiceNow team for internal users. Daily tasks will include incident escalation, advanced troubleshooting/ resolution, pending patching and updates from ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of service now experience working hands on. This role requires excellent communication skills and a self-starter looking to grow and advance their career.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced reporting, dashboards, and workspace experience in ServiceNow Platform
Experience with creating/ modifying workflows, Business Rules, and other Scripts
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, supporting upgrades and patching
Advanced experience with performance analytics
2+ years of experience hands on with ServiceNow (3-5 strongly preferred)
Great communicator with a self-starter mentality
CSA Required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Scrum/Agile practices or working in a Scrum/agile environment
Technical experience outside of service now
Experience with additional modules outside of ITSM (ex, customer service, HR)
