Job Description

Insight Globals client is looking for a creative and data-savvy Content & Social Media Specialist to help shape how their brand connects with music professionals and the broader entertainment industry. Youll create compelling content, drive engagement, and grow our digital presence turning awareness into action by supporting lead generation, referrals, and industry credibility. This role is perfect for a versatile marketer with a strong visual eye, sharp copy instincts, and a knack for digital storytelling. You should feel just as confident editing a video as writing a social caption or analyzing engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Messaging
Build tailored content calendars that speak to distinct industry segments (artists, managers, attorneys, etc.).
Design and produce visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar tools.
Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that tell impactful financing stories, spotlight clients, and highlight music industry education.
Write clear, engaging copy for social media, emails, blogs, scripts, and landing pages that translate financial offerings into accessible language.
Design marketing collateral for both print and digital use including event signage, merch, invites, and more.
Social Media Strategy & Community Management
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Use Sprout Social to schedule content, track KPIs, and monitor performance.
Grow and engage online communities while identifying UGC and influencer opportunities.
Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and use insights to improve content strategy and targeting.
Implement basic tracking tools (QR codes, backlinks, etc.) to measure digital engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales and other departments to align messaging across campaigns and product launches (e.g., YouTube Financing, Catalog Advances).
Support paid digital marketing efforts with strategic copy and creative assets.
