Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Wellness Manager to support their customer in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness programs that support physical. psychological and financial health. They will be responsible for promoting wellness resources and initiatives to internal personnel. This person will also conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and find areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in business administration, public health, human resources or a related field.
7+ years of experience in corporate benefits/wellness program administration.
Experience in change management strategies, wellness program administration
