Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Specialist for one of our large financial clients. This resource will provide expert advice and leads in system. They will be responsible for application planning, enhancing performance, operations/release, deployment management and integrations within the system. Additionally, they will act as a key resource in the exchange of technical information for the project teams, the business and outside vendors. This position can sit remotely in the U.S. but will require employee to be comfortable working EST hours with an on-call rotation 1x a week every month.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 7 years of In-depth, hands-on Fidelity (FIS) Systematics technical and functional experience in Architecture (GN), and Relationship Mgmt (RM) applications, ((IMPACS (IM), Savings Time (ST), Advanced Loans (ALS) are a plus)
At least 7 years of the mainframe tools knowledge and experience in Easytrieve and JCL to create ad-hoc reports or output files, FileAid, TSO\ISPF to work with personal PDS libraries, and an understanding of SDSF options
An understanding of mainframe z/OS operating systems, CICS, MQ, DASD storage and RACF
Ability to work in a constantly changing high stress production support environment that requires excellent prioritization, time management skills and includes an on-call rotation.
Extensive experience working with a ticketing system: ServiceNow and Jira
Previous experience in banking or financial institution
