This person will joining the IT Shipboard team and will be responsible for supporting the POS systems shipboard. This includes ensuring successful implementation and deployment, installing and configuring POS hardware and software, including security, networks, vlans, servers, desktops, terminals, and peripherals. This will include tasks such as Firewall, Network and POS Hardware (POS Terminals, PC Tablets). This person should have experience performing regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure the POS systems are running efficiently and securely.

3+ years of hardware and systems support experience + POS experience
Experience with technical knowledge in system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience collaborating with other IT stakeholders to ensure integration and operation of POS systems within the broader IT infrastructure
