Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled NG911 Location Services Integrator to support our client in delivering mission-critical emergency communication solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL, with flexibility for remote work.
This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the location services and associated technologies within a 9-1-1 or NG9-1-1 (Next Generation 9-1-1) environment. These services are crucial for accurately determining the location of emergency callers and ensuring that calls are routed to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).
Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless communication between systems. The role also involves troubleshooting issues and maintaining the integrity of the location services infrastructure.
This position is a replacement for a highly technical SME and requires a deep understanding of the NG911 ecosystem, including GIS, IP-based infrastructure, and emergency services standards.

- 5+ years of experience in NG911, GIS, or emergency communications infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of NG911 technologies, including IP-based infrastructure and Next Generation Core Services (NGCS).
- Proficiency in GIS data management and integration.
- Familiarity with NENA standards and emergency location protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring, cybersecurity, and device-based location services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple systems and vendors.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
