Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support one of our enterprise clients in coordinating multiple business process improvement initiatives. This is a non-technical role focused on business operations, requiring exceptional communication skills, strong business relationship management, and the ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables. This role can pay up to 70/hr depending on experience level.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree or higher
PMP certification
5+ years of project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Strong executive presence; able to clearly communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Experienced in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies, with aligned reporting and deliverables
Skilled in managing multi-vendor projects with complex integrations
Proficient in defining scope, planning, tracking dependencies, and managing change
Strong leadership in team coordination, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation
Effective communicator with stakeholders; experienced in quality audits and RFI/RFP development
Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
Certification or a degree in management information systems, project management or engineering
