Job Description

Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to sit fully onsite in Miami, Florida. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring maintenance, cleaning, and security services. They will be scheduling and overseeing repairs and installations with vendors. They will also assist with office moves, renovations, and inventory management. On the day to day, this coordinator will be managing access control systems, visitor protocols, and ID badges. This coordinator must be organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They also must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (equipment/furniture).
$25/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working in a corporate office building for office management/facilities coordination
General facilities, building maintenance experience
Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Sharp, detail-oriented, and organized individual

Aviation Industry experience
