Job Overview
The Helpdesk Specialist provides dedicated support to project managers utilizing Trimble Unity Construct (powered by e-Builder), a cloud-based construction project management system. This role ensures efficient system use by assisting with file management, staff training, and system optimization while fostering collaboration in a structured, process-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to enhancing project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
File Management: Rename and organize files within Trimble Unity Construct to maintain a consistent, accessible project documentation system.
Staff Training: Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to support staff in navigating and utilizing Trimble Unity Construct effectively.
Project Manager Support: Provide real-time technical assistance to project managers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless system functionality.
System Improvements: Recommend enhancements to workflows, reports, and dashboards based on user feedback and system capabilities to improve efficiency and compliance.
Implementation Support: Collaborate with IT and project teams to implement approved system improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and audit requirements.
