Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Environmental Staff Industrial Hygienist to sit in Jacksonville, FL for a large environmental services group. The Environmental Staff Industrial Hygienist will lead and participate in asbestos, mold, lead, and industrial hygiene surveys. They will be conducting indoor air quality investigations, overseeing projects, and analyzing samples using Phase Contrast Microscopy. They will prepare and deliver technical reports, ensuring consistent communication with senior management throughout the project lifecycle. Prioritizing employee safety both in-house and on-site, adhering to corporate policies is a must.
Salary expectations around $75-95k annually depending on skillset.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience with asbestos, mold, phase I & II assessments within Florida
Valid driver's license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certification as asbestos and/or lead inspector, NIOSH 582 certification, mold certification, or IH experience
Florida Licensed Asbestos Consultant (LAC)
AHERA-Certified Asbestos Building Management Planner and Project Designer
Florida Licensed Mold Assessor or Florida Certified Radon Measurement Specialist
