Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to join our Information Technology team. The Enterprise MDM Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing master data management across the entire organization. This role will require close collaboration with various departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability, driving data governance initiatives and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's enterprise-wide MDM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Design, implement, and maintain MDM policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise data management.
Lead cross-functional teams to define, manage, and govern master data across various domains.
Establish and enforce data governance standards and frameworks to ensure high data quality and integrity.
Manage enterprise MDM projects, including data integration, migration, and cleansing activities across multiple systems.
Develop and maintain enterprise data models, data definitions, and metadata management processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality, compliance, and governance.
Provide training and support to data stewards, business units, and other stakeholders on MDM best practices and tools.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise data management and governance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles, with a focus on enterprise master data management.
Proven experience leading enterprise MDM initiatives and projects in a large, complex organization.
Strong understanding of enterprise data governance principles, data quality management, and metadata management.
Experience with enterprise MDM technologies and tools (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Certifications in data management or related areas (e.g., CDMP, DGSP, CIMP) are a plus.
