A large commercial and consumer banking client is looking for a Loan Documentation Specialist to join their Commercial Lending Department. This individual would be responsible for preparing all commercial loan documents for new and existing commercial loans. This person will work with the credit memo, loan offering, commitment letter or approval memo to select documents required. Depending on the transaction, they will work with various documents such as promissory notes, loan agreements, mortgages, guaranties, assignments, security agreements, UCC filings, modifications, amendments, and others.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing loan documents for any incoming loans, reviewing loan approval and supporting documents.
- Review entities and determine signing authority.
- Work within Laserpro and to generate documents
- They will follow up with lenders, legal, or other internal groups to collect any missing documents
- Review Lines of Credit Renewals, review credit memos and offers and commitment letters for accuracy in comparison to the existing loan documentation

- 2+ years of experience within commercial loan operations
- Experience with Loan Documentation or experience as a Loan Assistant
- Understanding of lien perfection and recording requirements.
- Experience reviewing titles
