Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a Sales Support to their Senior Account Manager. The role of International Sales Support is to provide best in class sales support to our customers via phone, web, and email. This position will assist across multiple functions of the business including sales support, sales operations, office administration and account management support. You will support your Senior Account Manager and their Sales Region on various tasks as assigned including updating of the sales CRM system. You will also perform key sales operations functions as requested by the Global Sales Operations manager including processing customer orders, managing local inventory and general tasks as assigned.

Sales Support and Sales Operations experience.
Experience with telephoned based customer management.
Experienced in dealing with international customers.
Strong desire and ability to continuously learn new products and (telecom) technologies.
Proficiency in English language with developed written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding & interest in modern communications technology.
Monday.com system or similar CRM application.
