The Associate Director of Infrastructure and Servers is responsible for strategic planning, oversight, and management of the organizations server infrastructure in a hybrid Windows and Linux environment. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems while leading a team of IT professionals to meet organizational goals and objectives. They will oversee around 15 individuals & must have strong leadership skills to be able to support the department.
Pay will vary depending on experience - 70-75/hour

8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, and at least 4 years' experience in a managerial role
Extensive experience being server focused!
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong leadership capabilities
Experience working within large enterprise server environment.
Experience Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of system administrators and engineers.
Deep understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems, including troubleshooting, scripting, and configuration. MIXED SERVER ENVIRONMENT
Proven expertise in managing mixed server environments (Windows and Linux).
Experience in endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Avail. Outside hours
Certifications (Microsoft preferred or something applicable)
