Insight Globals customer in the Utilities Industry is searching for a Facilities Project Manager to join their team in Tampa, FL. This person is responsible for supervising internal and external resources for the operation and maintenance of facility and building related systems for facilities as well as improvement projects. Develop and implements the departments plan for operational activities to achieve a reduction in unplanned work and overtime expenses, and an increase in preventive maintenance work. Serves as backup supervisor to union-covered operations team members, including emergency calls. Supports departments maintenance of the work management (Workman) and SAP systems. Develops, implements, and maintains processes to ensure asset integrity, operational readiness, NERC, and State environmental compliance.

5 years of Facilities Project Management experience (Commercial Construction, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Refrigeration ideal)
Experience writing and developing scopes and RFPs
Leadership Experience
PMP or CAPM certified preferred
